Conquests:

Prussia conquers Denmark, +1PP Prussia, -1PP France.
The Danish corps and Danish fleet are removed.

I'm unsure what the status of Norway is now. I think that Prussia
conquers it also, by 10.4.3.2, which would be another +1PP Prussia,
-1PP France.

Is the garrison at Christiana Danish or Swedish?
