I figured the starting Allied morale as 3.6:

5 Cav = 20, 11 Russian I = 33, 2 British I = 9, 1 Gd = 5
Total morale = 67 / 19 = 3.52 rounds up to 3.6.

Isn't the outflanking force counted for the total morale ?
