Since it doesn't matter where my fleet is retreated to for my movement, 
I'll just skip that part and head to my move.

The Vikings declare they have sunk all they could hope to sink and part 
ways to go home for a bigger party where they won't have to worry so much 
about the wind gauge.

The Swedes return to Stockholm

The Danes would go to Copenhagen, but they can't until Prussia takes it 
over, so they decide to go with the Dutch to Amsterdam.

The French fleets remain in port.

As there is no opportunity for interception from either of the sea spaces 
the retreating fleet could be sent to, this wraps up my naval phase.
