Re: [eia] [escrow] May 1805 Political Orders


Since no one offered to support Bavaria, Austria does not lose a Political 
Point for declaring war, and its forces are not placed on the map.

Austria allies with Great Britain and Prussia (+2 PPs for Austria, +1 PP each 
for GB and Prussia).

Venetia and Sicily are declared free states, and Jim should announce where to 
place the Naples fleet on the map.

GB and Russia combine movement.

I think that's it.
