The Swedes win the wind gauge and inflict 3 casualties on the British (25%
of 12 ships).  Nelson's fleet responds and inflicts 5 casualties on the
swedish fleet (15% of 30).  The Swedes either retreat to a nearby port of
Mike's choice or a sea zone of my choice.

France loses -1 PP and G.B. gains +2 PP.
