[eia] Luddite having problems

Forgive my ignorance guys but i have
a) downloaded ourgame2.gbx
b) downloaded 01-05land.gsn
c) downloaded cbplay, cbhelp and cbdesign
 
but trying to get any of them to load/interact/work is proving very  
frustrating. What am I doing wrong? All I can get is a blank map
