Two comments; first, on the map Grenadier corps look the same as infantry
corps, so you don't have to report which is which until the corps fight in a
battle.  Second, the depots have to be placed as part of a supply chain, and
a supply chain has to start with a depot in one of your cities.  So as
Austria's depots are placed right now, they wouldn't operate.  But placing
one more depot at Ofen (which is 2 spaces from all three of the present
depots) would solve the whole issue.
