reached at turkey@xxxxxxxxx, and Mike can be reached at britian@xxxxxxxxxx

The pre-existing wars escrow was sent out a moment ago, to the alias
associated with each major power. If you do not receive it, then the
alias isn't working; please let me know if that is the case.
