Nelson is removed from the map.

The II Neapolitan corps drops a 1 I garrison in Vienna, for a new corps strength of 7 I.

The II Swedish corps transfers 4 I into the III Swedish corps; new strengths are 4 I, 2 C for the II and 8 I for the III corps.

No other visible changes.
