I can fully appreciate the vast number of emails that were waiting for Nate
when he came back from his trip.  However, as far as I can see there are a
limited number of decisions that need to be made;

1) Austria can place up to six militia as reinforcements
2) can place or remove corps, budget permitting
3) can remove John, Charles or both (no leaders are eligible for placement)

If Nate can make these decisions we can move to the land phase where France
can move.  Turkey and  Spain could probably perform their land phases and
and resulting battles (since their orders shouldn't affect any one else)
while Nate continues to catch up on events.  France's reinforcements are
ready to go as soon as I see Austria's reinforcement orders.
