I think this is what happens...

In the first round, the French artillery will inflict -2 I casualties, and
then the French army will inflct 0 casualties but -0.6 morale.

In the second round, the artillery inflicts -2 I more, and the French army
inflicts 10% of 30-29 factors which comes to -2 I, -1 C on the Lombards,
along with -2.8 morale, which breaks them.

Depending on the Austrian rolls, French casulaties will be 1-2 in round one,
and 0-1 in round two.

It is impossible for the Lombards to break the French in two rounds on 3-1
and 2-1, so Massena will win the battle.  +1 PP for France, -1 PP for
Austria.  The remaining 6 I of the Lombardy corps will be retreated toward
the depot at Koniggratz; first to the Linz area (which is British-occupied),
then to the area NW of Vienna.
