So the Stettin garrison starves and the British will have to land outside 
the city.

Everyone else survives and Erfurt is breached.

So the garrison at Erfurt has to decide if it will try another fight and 
the corps at Wittenburg will have to fight but still gets to decide what to 
do with its depot.
