I assumed that Egypt was treated as a province of Turkey, so that I
don't get any benefit from conquering it until it is ceded to me. But I
just noticed it is listed in the "Minor Countries" chart. Does that
mean I should get an additional 6 money and 6 manpower for my economic
phase?
