1 I garrison:  Marseilles ---> Turin
1 I garrison:  St. Malo ---> Portsmouth
1 I garrison:  Cherbourg ---> London
1 I garrison:  Le Havre ---> London

Portuguese repatriation
Portugal corps:  Poitiers ---> W of Turin
1 I garrison:  Bordeaux ---> Genoa
1 I garrison:  La Rochelle ---> Turin

Swedish repatriation
1 corps:  Lille ---> S of London
1 corps:  E of Paris ---> Turin
1 corps:  Strasbourg ---> Turin
1 I garrison:  Paris ---> Turin
1 I garrison:  Orleans ---> Turin

This puts the Turin garrison at 1 British I, 1 Neapolitan I, 1 Portuguese I, and 2 Swedish I.  The London garrison is 3 British I.

According to my records, Great Britain currently holds 3 French I and 4 French M as POWs.  France holds 2 Swedish I and 4 Neapolitan I.  These factors will be available as reinforcements in our December reinforcement phase.
