1I Cologne -- drop 1M --> Nuremburg ($1)
1I Paris --> W of Paris ($3)
3C, 7I (w/ Charles) --> Paris 

The army in Paris are paid for with $2 from the British depot in Paris,
$8 from the British depot in Lille, and $6 from the Austrian depot in
Namur.  Total cost for Austria is $16.  Siege rolls at Zurich and Paris
to follow.
