France started the current turn in the lowest "5 vp, +1" box (one lower than was shown on Kyle's PSD for June).

+1 for the Battle of Kassel
+0 for the second Battle of Dresden
-1 PP for the Battle of Paris

-1 PP for the Battle of Mainz
-1 PP for the first Battle of Brussels
+2 PPs for the Battle of Amsterdam
+1 PP for the second Battle of Brussels
+0 for the Battle of Genoa

All this puts France one higher than its start, in the highest box of the Instability Zone, for 5 vps and a +1 drift to the lowest box of the Neutral Zone.  Did I miss anything, Jim ?

May changes:

+0 for the second Battle of Dresden

Ending up in the higher "11" box.

June changes:
+1 PP for the Battle of Mainz
+1 PP for the first Battle of Brussels

So Nate is correct about ending up in the "13" box.
