Let me back up here:

Round 1:
Artillery -- Austria loses 1M (101 factors remaining)
Austrian roll -- 5%, -0.5 -- France loses 5I (80 factors, 3.6 morale
remaining)
French roll -- 5%, -0.2 -- Austria loses 2M, 2I (97 factors, 3.2 morale
remaining)

Round 2:
Artillery -- Austria loses 1I (96 factors remaining)
Austrian roll -- 15%, -1.6 -- France loses 14I (66 factors, 2.0 morale)
French roll -- 15%, -1.9 -- Austria loses 12I (84 factors, 1.3 morale)

So Austria's lost 18 factors (3M, 15I) and France has lost 19 factors,
all infantry.
