So, in the first round France suffered 5 losses and 0.5 morale and Austria lost 5 factors and 0.2 morale from bombardment and battle
Then in the second round France lost another 14 factors and 1.6 morale and Austria lost 9 factors and 1.9 morale 

So France has lost 19 factors and 2.1 morale thus far and
Austria has lost 14 factors and 2.1 morale

I think these numbers fit with the dice mods?
