Re: [eia] question w/r/t reinforcements... |
I agree, Jim, that the "anchor" depot in a home nation city should be counted towards the length of the supply chain. So in the case of French reinforcements on the present map, militia could have been placed inside France, or in a corps within one space of the depots at Strausbourg, Frankfurt, or Kassel. -JJY ----- Original Message ----- From: "James Helle" <jhelle@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "public list for an Empires in Arms game" <eia@xxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, November 10, 2004 7:32 PM Subject: [eia] question w/r/t reinforcements... > Reading 5.2.2.2.3 through 5.2.2.2.3.2 raises a question about the length of a supply chain. As I understand it the depot at the supply _source_ (i.e. the first depot in the chain) is also counted. If so, then reinforcements can really only be added 5 or 2 depots away from the supply source. Is this correct? > _______________________________________________ > eia mailing list > eia@xxxxxxxxx > http://lists.ellipsis.cx/mailman/listinfo/eia > > _______________________________________________ eia mailing list eia@xxxxxxxxx http://lists.ellipsis.cx/mailman/listinfo/eia
