Re: [eia] Battle of Dresden, round 3 summary

Just a reminder that 1 of the French casualties from round 3 must be
cavalry.

So Austria gains +3 PP for the battle, and France loses
-5 PP due to Napoleon (whoa).

The French army retreats to its nearest depot (Leipzig), and the siege of
Dresden resumes.
