I went back and checked, and I showed France ending up at the middle "8" box
(where Kyle shows them now) at the end of March's land phase.  France's
economic manipulation was set to +2, so if they drifted -1 and added +2,
they should end up at the highest "8" box.  Did I miss anything, or was I
wrong about the end of March ?

    Hi all.  I've looked back at everyone's manipulation to make sure I
didn't forget anything.  Then I went ahead and calculated the new Victory
Point totals.  These positions and totals should be right for the beginning
of April.  If not let me know.
