[eia] trade report, 3/06 |
Here are some more-interseting-than-usual points about this month's trade report: Great Britain refrains from carrying on domestic trade with Turkey this time around. Great Britain seizes France's $6 of American trade for itself, resulting in a 1-in-6 chance of war with the U.S.A. I checked the rules and ports which are besieged cannot be used for trade (8.2.1.2.1.1). This eliminates Lubeck and (ouch) Hamburg from the running. :-( Domestic trade: Austria gains $3, Britain gains $2. Venetia gains $3, Britain gains $2. Britain gains $1 for Algeria. Britain gains $1 for Morocco. Britain gains $2 for Tunisia. Naples gains $4, Britain gains $1. Sweden gains $4, Britain gains $3. France gains $0, Britain gains $0. Prussia gains $6, Britain gains $3. Denmark gains $3, Britain gains $1. Russia gains $7, Britain gains $5. Spain gains $8, Britain gains $6. Turkey gains $0, Britain gains $0. Egypt gains $0, Britain gains $0. British Colonial trade: Great Britain gains $30. American trade: Austria gains $6. Great Britain will seize France's $6 in American trade. Prussia gains $6. Russia gains $0. Spain gains $6. Turkey gains $4. -JJY _______________________________________________ eia mailing list eia@xxxxxxxxx http://lists.ellipsis.cx/mailman/listinfo/eia
