Sorry, I read that as a 3.  BTW, as JJ pointed out the Prussian army is
retreated to Posen.  And since France only did a +1 shift I lost 1 Guard,
not 2.  Prussia and Austria are up, I believe.  I will send out a decision
on whether the French garrisons surrender or not tonight.
