II, V (w/ 1 I, Austrian corps):  Naples ---> blockade Marseilles

III:  sea area off Bordeaux ---> London

IV:  hold at Malmo

VI, VII, Sweden (w/ Wellington, 1 I, Cavalry, Swedish corps):  Tangier ---> blockade Marseilles

Portugal:  hold in English Channel
