One small problem here.  Since February is a winter month, depot supply
costs double (also, forage roll targets are modified by -2).  So this would
cost $1, not $0.5.

Do you have Barcelona and Cartegena switched ?  On my map, there's a depot
at Barcelona, but not at Cartegena.

To go from San Sebastian to Barcelona, the corps would pass through an area
with forage value 2 and one with forage value 4.  The corps is on friendly
territory, and has one movement point left at the end.  So unless a depot is
built at Barcelona to feed them, this corps forages at (lowest forage value
2, -2 for winter, +1 for friendly territory, +1 unused movement point = 2-).

That means that if your forage roll is a 1 or 2, the corps is OK, but
anything higher means it loses (your roll - 2) factors.  A low target roll
for foraging is bad.  However, since there is a depot at Barcelona, you
could pay $1 to feed this corps instead.

The corps going from Madrid to Cartegena would forage at (lowest area 1, -2
for winter, +1 for friendly territory, 0 movement points left = 0-).  This
is a very bad target for a foraging roll; what ever you roll will be how
many factors that corps loses.  You might want to either build a depot at
Cartegegna ($1) and pay for the corps' supply (another $1), or rethink this
corps orders.

I show two Spanish corps in Cadiz; one of them was in Algeria last turn, and
was repatriated as a result of the peace treaty.  If they both stay put at
Cadiz, then their forage roll would be (forage value 4, -2 for winter, -1
for two corps in the same area, +1 for friendly territory, +3 unused
movement points = 5-)

This will probably change.  Unfortunately, winter is an expensive time for
all of us.  France spent over $40 on supply in February !!
