I believe this to be an accurate summary of the Liepzig siege:

Round 1  France loses 2 factors (militia) and 1.1 morale
              Prussia loses 1 factor and .3 morale

Round 2  France loses 1 factor (infantry) and .8 morale
              Prussia loses 2 factors and .6 morale

Round 3  France loses 1 factor (infantry) and .8 morale
              Prussia loses 2 factors and .6 morale

Conclusion: Neither side breaks and the siege continues.  Mike gains 1 PP.

BTW, there will be no breach attempt at Hamburg, sorry for not being clearer about that.
