Mike, France rolled a 3 in round 2 and recieved a +1 drm for a total of 4.
This causes .8 morale lost in the 2nd round, not 1.1.  Or am I missing
something?  At least rolling on the 3-4 table guarantees Prussia of causing
casualties.  :)
