Nelson is removed from the map. 1 C is added to the II Swedish corps, for a new total strength of 4 I, 2 C. Garrisons of 1 British I each are placed at Tangier and Liverpool. A new British I corps is placed in Naples. No other visible changes. Great Britain will go in the naval phase as soon as France's reinforcements are out.
