[eia] British naval phase modification ?

I just realized that I wanted to give Nelson and the British III fleet orders 
after all; 

III (w/ Nelson):  off Gibraltar/Cartagena ---> Naples

Would anyone object to this change ?  Especially Jim, since he sent his naval 
orders after seeing mine.  I will recind without a whimper if anyone minds.
