Re: [eia] breach attempt at Ekaterinoslav

So there is no breach at Ekaterinoslav. But because the city is
undergarrisoned and there are no fleches, the roll of "1" is modified to a
"2". So no sortie is possible despite the roll of "1" on the die.

kdh

P.S. If anyone has been wondering why I seem to keep forgetting a second
"v" in "Ekaterinoslav", that's because the spelling on the official EIA map
is "E-k-a-t-e-r-i-n-o-s-l-a-v". The spelling on the Cyberboard map is
different (and presumably a mistake).
