Thanks Mike, for the assist getting my Cyberboard Player back up.

The British I fleet retreated to Portsmouth (the city with a garrison), not Plymouth.  

Rhodes should have a Russian conquered flag, and Palatinate should have a conquered French flag.

The British depots at Gibraltar and in the English Channel were removed.

The Spanish fleet off of Tunis (w/ depot) is in the blockade box, not at sea.
