     So in the first round, the Russians inflict 3 casualties and 1.1 morale
damage on the Turks.  The Turks inflict 11 casualties and 2.3 morale damage
on the Russians.  The flanking force fails to arrive at the end of the
round.  The Russians must decide whether to commit the guard and whether to
reduce their effective tactical rating.
