1 I corps in Lorient-->Le Havre, beseiges  ($4)
1 I corps {w/ Soult} in N. Baden-->Brussells, beseiges  ($2)
1 I corps in N. Baden-->Cologne, beseiges  ($2)
1 I corps in Wesel {w/ Napoleon}-->Holland depot,drop 1 I -->Amsterdam  ($2)
1 I corps in Hesse {w/ Ney} -->Amsterdam  ($2)
Holland corps -->drop 1 I in Kassel,-->Amsterdam  ($2)
I corps in Strasbourg, Leghorn, Piacenza, Florence hold and auto forage
TOTAL COST=$21

Forage roll for Amsterdam coming (after which JJ may be able to retire into the city per 7.1.3)
