Hi JJ.  I think it is safe to say that the French fleets will allow the
British navy to move without fear of interception.  Feel free to complete
your naval moves.  Sorry for any delay, guys.  I'm still working on
restoring my system.  As soon as I get access to the maps (I'm still having
trouble opening these) I will send out my reinf. orders.
