    I have no problem with the house rule.  If JJ and Jim both agree that it
should be applied to GB this turn, that's fine.  But that's up to the two of
them as far as I'm concerned.  If JJ (or Jim) thinks it is unfair to apply a
new rule to his movement in the middle of a turn, then the old rule should
be used until the beginning of a new turn.
