Re: [eia] Turkey's army setup


    Here's what the rule says:
14.1.4.1.2: "All of a major power's forces (including those of controlled
minor free states) may be placed as desired (conforming to the rules) in any
land areas within the borders of their home nation and/or controlled minor
countries except where placement is specified."

    I read this to say that you can put your forces anywhere you want within
your controlled territory.  Have I misread this rule?  What do the rest of
you think is the best way to interpret it?
