I think it may be difficult to find someone willing to control Austria,
given their situation.  Also, they may or may not wish to have the allies or
the role in the world that Austria currently has. Assuming Everett's
decision is final, as it appears to be, has anyone approached Jason?  Now
that he is not living at the prison anymore (that doesn't sound right, does
it?) he may be interested.

Things have been summed up pretty well.  Like Joel, I would prefer to start
over rather than play with 6 people if we are unable to get a 7th to take
over Austria in its current position.
