Since the strength of the Egyptian I corps at Benghazi is public knowledge (16 
I), this is easy enough to handle.  The 1 I garrison at Benghazi inflicts no 
damage and is wiped out in the first round.

Turkey has the option of placing a garrison in the city, and the Austrian, 
Turkish, and Spanish land phases are up.
