Can I levy to a corps that a leader is stacked with if doing so would cause the leader to become unstacked when the corps returns to its home province? I know that leaders can't be left behind during movement, but this isn't movement.
I would think that the leader would just be retired from the map when this occurs and could be placed in the next reinforcement phase.
