[eia] Prussian Reinforcement (addendum)-Dec 07 

A 3 Prussian infantry garrison should have been placed in Mecklenburg this
month.  I don't think this will affect Kyle's reinforcement orders, but if
so I am willing to allow him to adjust them.  If anyone is opposed to me
placing them please let me know.
