    NAVAL REINFORCEMENT:  
The Dutch fleet gains a ship.  No other visible changes.
    
    LAND REINFORCEMENT:  
Pick up Ney.  Place Soult with the corps at Liege.
2 Dutch inf. are placed at Breda.  1 Dutch inf. is placed at Amsterdam.
2 Piedmont inf. are placed at Turin.
2 Baden inf. are placed at Freiburg.
2 Wurttemburg inf. are placed at Stuttgart.
1 Piedmont inf. is detached as a garrison at Milan.
1 additional French inf. factor is detached as a garrison at Milan.
[Total Milan garrison is now 2 French inf., 1 Piedmont inf.]

France will be moving first in the land phase.
