    I'm not trying to make a fuss, but just for future reference, in the
past we agreed that the composition of the flanking force would be sent
along with the OUTFLANK chit (because officially, the division of the force
is supposed to take place before revealing chits).  I'm not claiming that
Everett used his knowledge of my chit to his benefit, because the flanking
force he declared is exactly what I would have expected him to use as a
flanking force.  But I just wanted to remind everyone about the procedure
for outflanks.
