[eia] Guerrilla movement 

If it is ok, I forgot about my guerrilla movements.

Guerrilla W. of Madrid moves one space west into the mountain region south
of Cuidad Rodrigo.

Guerrilla NW of Madrid moves one space west into space between Leon and
Cuidad Rodrigo.

Two new guerrillas appear in New Castille - one in Madrid and the other in
the mountain space west of Madrid.
