Re: [eia] Stockholm, Tripoli, and Benghazi

The forage values for Tripoli and Benghazi are both 1-, and the Stockholm
value is 3-, since their garrisons are all less than 5 factors. This means
that the Stockholm garrison loses 2 factors, the Tripoli garrison is OK, and
the Benghazi garrison loses 2 I.

Danny, did the Swedes choose to lose factors from the corps or from the
garrison in the assault at Stockholm ? In other words, is the remaining
force a garrison of 2 I, or the Swedish corps with 1 I, 1 C ?

Don't forget to roll for Madrid's forage as well (at 4-), and guerrilla
rolls for New Castille and Estremadura.
