[eia] foraging error

I just realized I made a mistake on the foraging for the British Cavalry corp this turn;  I had it listed as foraging automatically, when actually it comes to 5- (1 value + 5 unused movement -1 other corps in area).  So I will instead feed the Cavalry corps from the depot, raising my total cost so far from $7.5 to $8.
