[eia] British land phase, 10/07

I don't think the outcomes of the French or Russian phases will have any effect on what I'm doing, so here goes:

Depot removal:  Malta, Copenhagen
  
Depot placement:  Stockholm blockade box (VII fleet), Almeida, mtn. area W. of Madrid, Gibraltar ($4)

1 I:  hold at Gibraltar (f/auto)
1 I, Cav (w/ Wellington):  hold W. of Madrid, performing anti-guerrilla operations for New Castille province ($0.5, f/auto)
1 I:  Malmo ---> Stockholm ($1)
Denmark (w/ Moore):  disembark at Stockholm ($1)
Portugal:  W. of Madrid ---> Madrid ($1)

Total cost:  $7.5, + possible supply to allies.  I can't remember if we decided to round these sorts of costs up separately for each combined ally, or if we wait for a combined British supply total for all the combined allies before rounding.

Spain must decide:

1.)  Does some or all of the Madrid garrison want to keep the depot and fight outside the city as a depot garrison, or do they burn the depot and withdraw into the city ?

2.)  If there is to be a siege at Madrid, does the geurrilla factor in that area join the garrison inside the city, or remain outside (where it cannot be attacked) ?

3.)  Does the Swedish III corps wish to fight or withdraw inside Stockholm ?

4.)  Does part or all of the Stockholm garrison wish to fight outside of the city as a depot garrison, or do they burn the depot and withdraw inside the city ?
