Well, after Danny's decision we'll resolve the rest of the Coalition's naval
orders, and then it's Spain's turn.  So getting throught the rest of the
naval phase may take quite a while.  But I suppose the non-combatant powers
(Russia and Prussia) could jump the gun and take their land phases, if no
one has any objections.
