I'll just say one thing, which is not meant to be provocative or to continue
any argument, it's just meant to maybe explain people's perspective a little
more clearly.  At the time that Kyle sent out his access changes, it was not
presented in the form of a correction to his political orders, but as a new,
separate action.  Maybe Kyle knew that he was taking this step out of turn,
but if so, there was nothing in his email to indicate it.  That is, there
was nothing about the email that indicated that it was a correction to his
political orders, and no permission was asked of others that might be
affected (me) if the correction was OK.  This irked me a bit and I said so,
but I didn't think it was important enough to rock the boat.  So I can
understand others being a bit miffed, but I think it's all a
misunderstanding and we should just move on.
