    Massena is placed at Milan.  Eugene is placed at Toulon.
    One infantry corps is removed E. of Zurich.
    2 Piedmont inf. factors are added to the Piedmont corps E. of Zurich (total is 8 inf./0 cav).
    2 Baden inf. factors are placed at Freiburg.
    2 Wurttemburg inf. factors are placed at Stuttgart.
    1 Hessian inf. factor is added to the Hesse corps (total is 8 inf./2 cav), and 1 Hessian inf. factor becomes a garrison at Kassel.
    1 Bavarian inf. factor is added to the Munich garrison (total is 20 factors), and 2 Bavarian inf. factors are added to the Nuremburg garrison (total is 3 factors).
    The Hanover corps is placed at Minden and is composed of 2 Hanoverian inf. factors.
