O.K.  add: create a depot at Mantua ($1)
move the Cav corp first (f/a).
Then 4 of the Inf corp are fed from E. of Milan depot ($4)
and these troops do not go through the river, instead they go through
Bologna first

O.K.  it loses 2 factors.
